Easy Biscuits

These are so easy and so good.

NEED:
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 to 2 tablespoons of milk
2 cups self rising flour

Put the flour in a bowl and slowly add the whipping cream...stirring constantly. Slowly add the milk and finish stirring.
Mix at end by hand..then place on a floured counter and press out with your hands.
Cut 4 to 6 biscuits, depending on your cutter.

Place on a shallow baking dish ( sprayed with cooking spray )

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown.
